Meet Brandi

I’m Brandi Mason, an executive coach who helps women advance in their careers. My work is grounded in research and over two decades of experience in finance, social impact, and leadership development.

I founded 4455 Leadership Institute after watching talented women rise through their 20s and 30s and then stall, not because of lack of ability or effort, but because traditional leadership development ignores the realities that women face. 

Systemic bias, people-pleasing, hormonal changes, caregiving demands, and invisible labor quietly create burnout and shape women’s long-term earning potential. We help female leaders face these challenges and build the clarity, confidence, and strategy needed to advance their careers sustainably.
